Casa Emrosi - calpe - costa blanca

A large villa with two floors and sleeping up to 6 people. Both floors have their own entrance and living room/kitchen and are connected by two large stone outdoor staircases, one at the front of the villa, and one at the back by the pool.

At the 4-by-8 meter pool, you will enjoy complete privacy. No overlooking by neighbours and at the same time beautiful wide views over the mountains and the hinterland. The pool has Spanish stairs and runs down to a depth of 2 metres. There are plenty of sunbeds and parasols available.

The villa has 180-degree panoramic views over the Olta and Bernia mountain ranges and the rural, authentic Spanish hinterland. You will enjoy the beautiful sunsets here.

There is air conditioning hot/cold in the bedrooms and both living rooms. During the winter there is gas central heating. The cosy wood-burning fireplace in the upper living room is a great place to relax.
The villa has fast fibre-optic WIFI and the TV works via cable and Chromecast.

All windows have fly screens and shutters.

Are you coming for cycling? There is space to place bicycles in the lockable garage. 
There is place to park two cars on the property itself, with a locked gate. 

The 2 floors are modular. Do you prefer to use only one floor ? We can add comfortable folding beds to suit your needs.
Are you coming with grandparents, parents and children? Each family has its own privacy on each floor.
A baby chair and baby bed are available.

A large enclosed garden with a private driveway and lots of privacy. The plot is fully fenced and closed by a gate.  The beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden with fruit trees, palm trees, bougainvilleas and oleanders has cosy sitting areas with lovely views. In the evening, the entire domain is beautifully lit.

In about 5 minutes you can reach supermarkets, beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants and bars.

The old town of Calpe is 10 minutes away.
Within walking distance there are 2 nice restaurants where you can taste Valencian paella or a delicious barbecue for a small price.

At the bottom of the hill start hiking trails and fun cycling routes in the hinterland.

Our house can be reached from 2 airports.
You can fly to Alicante (45 min) or Valencia (60 min). There are daily flights from Brussels, Charleroi, Ostend, Lille, Amsterdam or Eindhoven.

Of course it can also be reached by car, the motorway exit is 10 minutes away.
